Erdogan wants bigger trade with Serbia, backs investors

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in Belgrade on Tuesday he would back Turkish investments in Serbia and that the signature of 12 bilateral agreements in various areas was a good foundation for future cooperation.

BELGRADE - Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in Belgrade on Tuesday he would back Turkish investments in Serbia and that the signature of 12 bilateral agreements in various areas was a good foundation for future cooperation.

There is also room to boost the bilateral trade volume from the present 800 mln dollars a year to over 1 bln by the end of the year, he said at a press conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
