IPARD to provide up to 45 mln euros to farmers in 2018

After eight years, Serbia has begun to use EU funds from the IPARD (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance in Rural Development), with the money to go to small and medium-sized farms, Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic said on Monday.

BELGRADE - After eight years, Serbia has begun to use EU funds from the IPARD (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance in Rural Development), with the money to go to small and medium-sized farms, Agriculture Minister Branislav Nedimovic said on Monday.

The Agriculture Ministry on Monday published the first invitation for applications for the IPARD funds, which may be submitted until February 26.
