BELGRADE - Borders between Kosovo and Serbia are non-existent and that is why none have been established, Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic said Wednesday, adding that any ultimatums to Serbia were totally unacceptable and impossible today.

Reacting to a statement by the president of Kosovo's provisional institutions, Hasim Taci, that the issue of a border between the so-called Kosovo and Serbia would be on the table when the Brussels dialogue with Pristina resumes on Sunday, Dacic said that Pristina must fulfil signed agreements before "other topics can be thrown in."
