Nikola Tesla Airport reopens for all take-offs, landings

Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport has reopened for all take-offs and landings after an EgyptAir Boeing 737-800 airliner, which was carrying no passengers, became stranded on the runway due to technical problems after landing at 4.11 am Wednesday.

BELGRADE - Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport has reopened for all take-offs and landings after an EgyptAir Boeing 737-800 airliner, which was carrying no passengers, became stranded on the runway due to technical problems after landing at 4.11 am Wednesday.


Take-offs and landings resumed from 11 am, the Airport's Director Sasa Vlaisavljevic said.
