BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday received US Ambassador Kyle Scott to discuss the situation in Kosovo-Metohija and ask the US to use its political leverage and warn Pristina that its moves were a threat to peace and stability in the region.

"Pristina's perseverance concerning taxes on goods from central Serbia and, even more so, concerning the establishment of an army of the so-called Kosovo, is causing great concern by Serbia over the future of Serbs in Kosovo-Metohija," Vucic said according to a statement from the presidential press office.
