BELGRADE - The level of utilisation of European Investment Bank (EIB) funds approved for various projects in Serbia is around 85 pct, which is a relatively good percentage, says Dubravka Negre, the bank's director for the Western Balkans.

"The most favourable thing about doing business with the EIB is that the Serbian government is not paying penalties for undrawn funds, and there is also no interest on arrears. Of course, that is only the case when it comes to cooperation with the public sector and the government," Negre told Serbia's Magazin Biznis.
