Kombank shares rise, Nikola Tesla Airport declines

Nikola Tesla Airport and Komercijalna banka shares accounted for most of the stock trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) on Wednesday and both indexes continued a several-day decline.

BELGRADE - Nikola Tesla Airport and Komercijalna banka shares accounted for most of the stock trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) on Wednesday and both indexes continued a several-day decline.


The overall volume of trading was 87.1 mln dinars (738.2 thousand euros).


The BELEX15 index slid by slightly over a third of a percent to 670.79 points while BELEXline dropped by just shy of 0.2 pct to 1,496.74 points.


Nikola Tesla Airport once again saw the highest volume of trading - 41.4 mln dinars - but was also the top loser of the day, falling 6.5 pct to 645 dinars per share after plummeting to a new one-year low of 630 dinars at one point.


Komercijalna banka common shares were also in high demand, registering a volume of 39.7 mln dinars after rising 0.8 pct to 2,375 dinars, while the bank's preferred shares were the top gainer of the day, soaring 3.1 pct to 866 dinars and recording a volume of around 0.4 mln dinars.


Naftna industrija Srbije also saw a solid volume of 1.5 mln dinars at an unchanged price of 685 dinars.
