Ikarbus skyrockets by 50 pct on BELEX

Belgrade-based bus manufacturer Ikarbus - now majority-owned by China's LGNEA - skyrocketed by 50 pct to 750 dinars on the MTP market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) Monday, registering a 0.3 mln dinar volume.

BELGRADE - Belgrade-based bus manufacturer Ikarbus - now majority-owned by China's LGNEA - skyrocketed by 50 pct to 750 dinars on the MTP market of the Belgrade Stock Exchange (BELEX) Monday, registering a 0.3 mln dinar volume.
Stock trading activity slumped on the first day of the trading week but both indexes slightly increased gains from last week.
The overall volume of trading was just 6.5 mln dinars (55.2 thousand euros).
The BELEX15 index rose 0.1 pct to 730.16 points and BELEXLine grew around 0.2 pct to 1,583.23 points.
Metalac Gornji Milanovac was in the investors' focus and saw a 1.7 mln dinar volume at an unchanged price of 2,040 dinars per share.
Naftna industrija Srbije slid 0.3 pct to 721 dinars, recording a volume of 1.5 mln dinars.
