PANCEVO - Serbian FDI inflow was 17 pct up in the first five months of this year, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said Wednesday.

"I have just received figures from the National Bank of Serbia indicating that FDI growth in the first five months of this year was as much as 17 pct. That is 17 pct more than in the same period of time in 2018, which was a record year," Vucic said at the opening of a ZF auto parts plant in Pancevo, northern Serbia.

Last year, Serbia attracted 3.5 bln euros worth of FDI - more than all other Western Balkan states together.
