GORAZDEVAC - 16th anniversary of the crime committed by hitherto unknown perpetrators has been marked on Tuesday in Gorazdevac, near Pec, when two Serb boys were killed by gunfire, and four other teenagers were seriously wounded.

Ivan Jovovic (19) and Pantelija Dakic (12) were killed and Djordje Ugrenovic (20), Bogdan Bukumiric (14), Marko Bogichevic (12) and Dragana Srbljak (13) were seriously wounded while bathing on the Bistrica River.

Due to a lack of evidence, EULEX closed the investigation, previously conducted by UNMIK. EULEX said earlier they could restart the investigation, but only if new information emerges about the crime, which happened on this day in 2003.

The marking was attended by representatives of the Government of Serbia, representatives of religious communities - SPC, Belgrade Archdiocese and Jewish Communities, representatives of the Embassy of Russia and Director of the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies.
