BELGRADE - Serbian PM Milos Vucevic on Tuesday chaired a session of a government council coordinating activities and measures aimed at GDP growth, which he called on a request and a proposal from President Aleksandar Vucic, Tanjug learns.
Vucevic said all ministers, directors of public enterprises, mayors and holders of public offices must be more committed to their work in 2025 as there were challenges that must be overcome.
In 2025, GDP will be returning to pre-COVID levels, Vucevic noted, adding that that would mean higher salaries and pensions.
He said everyone must be more committed to their work in 2025 and that more discipline was needed.
Economic growth is expected to be at 3.8 pct next year, Vucevic also said.
