BELGRADE - Participation of Serbian companies in the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo in Beijing - one of the largest industry events in China, Asia and worldwide - has resulted in concrete business deals for Serbian entrepreneurs, opening a new door to the Chinese market and to cooperation with large systems, says Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (PKS) President Marko Cadez.
The Chinese customs administration has placed Serbian goods on its priority list to expedite the harmonisation of certificates and other necessary procedures, which is strategically important for Serbian exports, Cadez said at the Beijing expo.
"These are extremely important days for the Serbian economy - over the course of just three days of the expo, our companies have had more than 500 business meetings with Chinese partners, and some have already formed partnerships and agreed deals. Our companies are directly entering the supply chains of large Chinese systems," Cadez said.
