BELGRADE - Serbia's 2024 external goods trade totalled 69.547 bln euros, which was a 6.2 pct increase y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office.
Goods exports were worth 30.503 bln euros, rising by 6.5 pct y-o-y, while imports totalled 39.044 bln euros, growing by 5.9 pct y-o-y.
The deficit was 8.540 bln euros, up by 3.8 pct y-o-y.
The export-import ratio was 78.2 pct, up from 77.7 pct in the previous year.
The Vojvodina region had the largest share of exports (34.3 pct) and the Belgrade region had the largest share of imports (43.9 pct).
External goods trade was the highest with countries with which Serbia has free trade agreements and EU member states accounted for 58.8 pct of the total.
