Serbia's January-July external trade at 43.7 bln euros

BELGRADE - Serbia's external goods trade in January-July totalled around 43,749.8 mln euros, which is a 9.5 pct increase y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office.

Goods exports were worth 19,322.6 mln euros, rising by 9.8 pct y-o-y, while imports totalled 24,427.1 mln euros, growing by 9.3 pct y-o-y.

The deficit was 5,104.5 mln euros, up by 7.8 pct y-o-y.

The export-import ratio was 79.1 pct, up from 78.8 pct in the same period of last year.
