Air Serbia carries four million passengers in ten months

BELGRADE - Air Serbia has carried four million passengers since the beginning of 2025, which is almost two weeks earlier than last year, when the four-millionth passenger was recorded only on November 15, the company said on Wednesday.

"This success confirms the continuous growth and stability of the Serbian national airline, as well as the increasing trust of passengers.

A record October 2025 contributed to this significant result. In that month, Air Serbia carried 389,582 passengers and operated 4,117 flights, which is an increase of 2 pct compared to the same month last year," it said in a statement.

"Reaching four million transported passengers already at the beginning of November is a strong indicator that our continuous growth is ongoing. We are proud that an increasing number of passengers recognise the quality of our services and our dedication to every detail of the travel experience. We owe this success to all our employees, whose commitment and energy contribute every day to Air Serbia being recognised as a reliable air carrier. We will continue to expand our destination network, modernise the fleet, and improve services, so that we remain the first choice of passengers from the region and beyond," Air Serbia CEO Jiri Marek said.

"During October, the highest number of passengers flew to Tivat and Podgorica in the region, while in Western Europe, the most sought-after destinations were Paris, Zurich, Frankfurt and Rome. In the wider Euro-Mediterranean area, passengers most often chose flights to Larnaca, Istanbul, Athens and Barcelona," Air Serbia also said.
