Mesarovic, XiamenAir chairman discuss cooperation

XIAMEN - Serbian Deputy PM and Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic met with XiamenAir Chairman Zhao Dong for a second time to discuss making cooperation more concrete.

"Our goal is for Serbian products to become a part of the offer on the airline's flights. Given the specific properties of the destinations it flies to, that requires adapting the products to the Asian market," Mesarovic posted on Instagram.

She noted that a special XiamenAir team had already been set up and was working actively on making a selection of Serbian products that would be the most appropriate for the company's destinations.

Mesarovic said she expected XiamenAir representatives to visit Serbia soon and that the company had given assurances that cooperation would come to fruition.

"This is another confirmation that Serbia, governed by President Aleksandar Vucic's vision, the Government of Serbia and the Serbian Progressive Party, headed by Milos Vucevic, continues to build strong economic and friendly ties around the world," Mesarovic posted.
