Gas infrastruktura enterprise established in Novi Sad

BELGRADE - Gas infrastruktura d o o, an enterprise that will be the owner of Serbia's natural gas infrastructure, has been established in Novi Sad, the Serbian Business Registers Agency announced on Friday.

According to the agency, the limited liability company has an equity worth 1 mln dinars, 100 pct owned by the Srbijagas public enterprise.

Boris Novakovic has been elected the new company's acting director.

The firm was officially registered by the Business Registers Agency on December 4.

On November 19, the Serbian government gave its preliminary consent to a decision to establish Gas infrastruktura Novi Sad, which will be the infrastructure owner in line with international commitments, while Srbijagas will continue to supply gas to the market.
