"Macut emphasised that the Government remains committed to preserving macroeconomic stability, while strengthening the resilience of the economy and protecting the living standards of citizens," an official statement said.
"The meeting also touched upon global economic challenges and their impact on the region and Serbia, as well as current macroeconomic developments.
The importance of structural reforms, improving the business environment and implementing priority projects to strengthen the economy was particularly emphasised.
It was assessed that the previous cooperation with the IMF contributes to the credibility of Serbia’s economic policy and a favorable investment environment," it also said.
