Serbian February average net monthly wage at 81,359 dinars

BELGRADE - The Serbian average net monthly wage in February was 81,359 dinars, while the average gross wage was 112,212 dinars, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.

Average gross and net wages in February were up by 15.2 pct y-o-y in nominal terms and down by 0.8 pct y-o-y in real terms compared to last year.

Year-on-year, January-February average gross and net wages were up by 16.0 pct in nominal terms and by 0.1 pct in real terms, the RZS said.

The median net wage in February was 62,239 dinars, meaning that 50 pct of the employed population received wages up to that amount.
