BELGRADE - Serbia's external goods trade between January and June totalled 33.19 bln euros, rising by 0.8 pct y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.
Exports rose by 9.4 pct y-o-y to 14.58 bln euros, while imports fell by 5.0 pct y-o-y to 18.60 bln euros, and the resulting 4.02 bln euro deficit was down by 35.7 pct y-o-y.
The export-import ratio was 78.4 pct, up from 68 pct in the same period of 2022.
External goods trade was the highest with countries with which Serbia has free trade agreements, and EU member states accounted for 59.9 pct of the total, the RZS said.
