BELGRADE - Serbia's external goods trade between January and July totalled 38.31 bln euros, rising by 0.3 pct y-o-y, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.
Exports rose by 8.2 pct y-o-y to 16,873.8 mln euros, while imports fell by 5.1 pct y-o-y to 21,440.5 mln euros, and the resulting 4,566.7 mln euro deficit was down by 34.7 pct y-o-y.
The export-import ratio was 78.7 pct, up from 69 pct in the same period of 2022.
External goods trade was the highest with countries with which Serbia has free trade agreements, and EU member states accounted for 60 pct of the total, the RZS said.
