IMF mission to begin official visit to Serbia Thursday

BELGRADE - An International Monetary Fund mission will on Thursday begin an official visit to Serbia that ends on October 31.

The visit will start with a plenary meeting of IMF and National Bank of Serbia delegations, scheduled for 9 am.

The IMF delegation will be headed by Donal McGettigan.

The mission will meet with Serbian top officials and representatives of the NBS and the ministries of finance, energy, economy and labour.

The previous IMF mission visited Serbia in March as part of a first review of a 24-month standby arrangement.
