Vucic: Major investor to come to Leskovac soon

IRIG - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on Tuesday a major company would come to Leskovac soon and noted that its arrival would provide an excellent impetus to high-quality tech investments in southern Serbia.

"We have big news for Leskovac. A large biotech company with a huge investment is coming soon. It will not be too much or enough in terms of workforce numbers but, in any case, it will be an exceptional impetus to high-quality, capital-intensive tech investments in southern Serbia," Vucic told reporters in Irig, northern Serbia.

Everything in our country is about EXPO 2027, Vucic said, noting that a previous EXPO had given Milan a boost just like the Olympic Games had done in Barcelona.
