BELGRADE - Serbian goods exports totalled 3,103.9 bln dinars in 2022, up by 25.8 pct from 2,466.4 bln in 2021, according to figures released by the national statistical office.
The share of privately-owned companies in the 2022 total was 97.6 pct, where companies with 50 pct of foreign capital or more accounted for 59.7 pct.
State-owned enterprises saw exports worth 71.3 bln dinars (2.3 pct), while companies with other forms of ownership registered exports totalling 2.2 bln dinars (0.1 pct).
The north of Serbia registered exports totalling 1,812.6 bln dinars compared to 1,291.3 bln generated by the country's southern regions.
By sectors, the top exporters of 2022 were the manufacturing industry (76.4 pct), retail and wholesale trade and motor vehicle repairs (12.1 pct), mining (7.2 pct), power, gas and steam supplies (1.1 pct) and agriculture, forestry and fisheries (1.0 pct).
