BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said on Wednesday the latest developments in Kosovo-Metohija reflected an "infernal goal" of Pristina's PM Albin Kurti to get rid of all Serbs in the province.
"The goal is to create an atmosphere in which it is impossible for Serbs to live in Kosovo-Metohija, and that is why it is important for us to have a single national policy and for the state leadership, headed by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, to be given support in talks with Pristina, in case there are any," Dacic told Pink TV.
"Evidently, the strategic goal remains the same - to create an ethnically clean Kosovo," he said.
Dacic noted that Serbia was a barrier to domination of the interests of foreign powers in the region.
Their interest is to keep our region unstable "because if the situation was stable here, no one would call them," he said.
