Vucic receives farewell visit from Turkish ambassador

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received a farewell visit from Turkish Ambassador to Belgrade Hami Aksoy on Friday, thanking him for his personal contribution to advancement of bilateral relations.

At the meeting, Vucic highlighted the significance of intensive political dialogue, growing economic cooperation and friendly relations between Serbs and Turks.

"I wished the ambassador much success with his future duties and I asked him to convey my greetings to my dear friend, President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan," Vucic wrote in a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram account that also included a photo of him with the ambassador.
