UAE's Sheikh bin Zayed al Nahyan visits Serbia booth at IDEX 2023

ABU DHABI - UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan visited the Serbia booth at the IDEX 2023 arms fair in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday.

He was cordially welcomed by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who gave him a presentation of exhibits.

The booth features several Serbian defence industry companies, including heavyweight Yugoimport-SDPR.

On display are models of Serbian-made arms and military equipment, including the Lazar, Lazar 3, Milos and Milos 2 armoured vehicles, the Tamnava multiple rocket launcher, the Nora self-propelled howitzer, infantry weapons and mortar ammunition of various calibres, low-, medium- and high-calibre ammunition for various ground and aviation platforms, rockets for artillery systems, aiming devices and ballistic protection equipment.

Vucic and Ministry of Defence officials also held a meeting with bin Zayed after the presentation.
