Kos to begin two-day visit to Serbia

BELGRADE - EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos will on Tuesday begin a two-day official visit to Serbia, during which she will meet with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, PM Djuro Macut and Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic.

During the visit, Kos will also speak with FM Marko Djuric and Minister for European Integration Nemanja Starovic, the EU Delegation to Belgrade has announced.

In a statement, it noted that Kos's visit confirmed the EU's strong commitment to Serbia and the entire Western Balkan region.

It said Kos was also due to meet with representatives of civil society, the academic community and opposition parties.
