BELGRADE - Serbian PM Djuro Macut met with EU foreign policy and security chief Kaja Kallas in Belgrade on Thursday to discuss a continuation and possibilities for acceleration of Serbia's EU integration process, as well as the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
At the meeting, Macut highlighted Serbia's unequivocal European commitment.
Macut noted that Serbia's EU integration process needed to be accelerated and expressed the belief concrete steps on that path, such as opening Cluster 3 in the EU accession talks after a three-year wait, would be discussed soon.
He also said Serbia was fully committed to reform processes aimed at alignment with EU criteria as it was aware of the significance of those reforms, above all, for Serbian citizens.
The meeting was also attended by Serbian FM Marko Djuric and Minister for European Integration Nemanja Starovic, the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Peter Sorensen and the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Emanuele Giaufret, an official statement said.
