BELGRADE - Serbian FM Marko Djuric said Thursday's meeting between EU foreign policy and security chief Kaja Kallas and Serbian government officials headed by PM Djuro Macut had addressed "a broad range of key issues - chief among them, strengthening cooperation with our European Union partners to accelerate Serbia’s accession and advance our strategic foreign policy objective."

"Particular emphasis was placed on the current stalemate in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue. We reiterated Belgrade’s open and constructive stance, reaffirming our commitment to finding a lasting and mutually acceptable solution - provided the other party demonstrates genuine willingness to compromise and fully uphold previously agreed obligations," Djuric wrote in a post on X.

The meeting with Kallas was also attended by Djuric and Serbian Minister for European Integration Nemanja Starovic, as well as by the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Peter Sorensen and the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Emanuele Giaufret.
