New round of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue due on Tuesday

BRUSSELS - Belgrade's delegation headed by the director of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic will meet with the EU special envoy for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue Peter Sorensen in Brussels on Tuesday as part of a new round of the EU-facilitated dialogue, a source in Belgrade's delegation has confirmed to Tanjug.

It will be the first round of dialogue with Sorensen, who has taken over from Miroslav Lajcak.

The most recent session of the dialogue was scheduled for January 15, but Petkovic walked out of discussions due to a closure of numerous Serbian institutions in the Autonomous Province of Kosovo-Metohija following raids by the so-called Kosovo Police in Gracanica, Kosovo Polje, Lipljan as well as other communities south of the Ibar River.
