BELGRADE - Serbian Justice Minister Nenad Vujic met with an International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation headed by new Mission Chief Annette Kyobe to discuss his ministry's plans regarding digitalisation in the judiciary.

Vujic informed the delegation of existing solutions when it comes to implementation of ICT in the judiciary, as well as of future plans of the Ministry of Justice, including normative activities that are due to enable a legal basis for practical development and implementation of digital solutions in the judiciary, the ministry said in a statement.

Vujic informed the IMF representatives of planned changes to the normative framework in line with a revised action plan for Chapter 23 in Serbia's EU accession talks and a 2020-2025 strategy for development of the judiciary, as well as with a reform agenda aligned with the EU's Growth Plan.
