Djuric to attend Western Balkans summit hosted by UK

BELFAST - Serbian FM Marko Djuric will attend a Western Balkans summit to be hosted by the UK government on Thursday, October 9.

The summit - a meeting of FMs - will take place at Hillsborough Castle near Belfast and also include discussions and individual sessions.

The summit will be hosted by UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy.

With more than 15 European ministers, Lammy will discuss promotion of peace, stability and cooperation in the Western Balkans.

The summit is a part of broader discussions hosted by the UK government to address the topics of strengthening resilience, confronting illegal migration and spurring economic growth.

The Belfast meeting is a part of the UK's Berlin Process presidency in 2025.
