Brnabic meets with Konrad Adenauer Foundation representative

BELGRADE - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic met with the deputy head of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation's Department for Europe and North America, Florian Feyerabend, in Belgrade on Friday.

"The Speaker emphasised that bilateral relations between Serbia and Germany are traditionally well-developed in all areas, and expressed her satisfaction that Serbia is cultivating continuously good cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation," an official statement said.

She said membership in the EU was Serbia's main foreign policy objective and that the country was working with dedication on EU approximation and on carrying out the necessary reforms.

"In all our efforts, we have the partner support of the European Union Delegation to Serbia, for which we are extremely grateful, and I hope that, by implementing significant reforms, we will achieve the opening of Cluster 3 by the end of the year, for which Germany's support would be of exceptional importance," Brnabic said.
