BELGRADE - The head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija Petar Petkovic said on Monday everything Pristina's PM Albin Kurti was doing ran contrary to stabilisation in Kosovo-Metohija as he was setting conditions for dialogue, destroying Brussels agreements, denying the Serbs their rights, banning Serbian-made goods and harassing the Serb population.
In a post on X, Petkovic noted that "742 ethnically-motivated incidents and 4,748 days of failure to establish the Community of Serb Municipalities are a testimony to that."
"Kurti is a factor of destabilisation in Kosovo-Metohija," he added.
Petkovic was reacting to a statement made by Kurti earlier in the day, in which he claimed that Serbia "has not given up on attempts to destabilise Kosovo."
Kurti also welcomed recent seizures of weapons in the north of Kosovo-Metohija and the arrest of Stefan Radulovic, implicated by Pristina's special prosecutors in the Banjska case.
