Macut receives Reshetnikov

BELGRADE - Serbian PM Djuro Macut met with Russian Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov in Belgrade on Friday.

"The meeting confirmed the friendly relations between Serbia and the Russian Federation and further steps to improve bilateral cooperation were discussed.

Topics in the fields of economy, culture, scientific and technical cooperation and energy were also discussed," a government statement said.

The meeting was also attended by Serbian Minister without portfolio in charge of International Economic Cooperation and the Social Position of the Church in the Country and Abroad Nenad Popovic, Russian Deputy FM Alexander Grushko and Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko.
