MADRID - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic began an official visit to Spain on Thursday with a meeting with Senate Speaker Pedro Rollan in Madrid.

I especially expressed gratitude for Spain’s principled stance as regards Kosovo-Metohija, and support for respecting international law and Serbia’s territorial integrity, and stressed that the Serbian people will never forget it.
I also thanked Spain for taking part in EXPO 2027 in Belgrade, which will be an excellent opportunity to promote Spain, and invited Mr Rollan to visit Serbia at the same time," an official statement said.
Brnabic also visited the Senate building, including the institution's library.
Later, Brnabic will meet with Congress Speaker Francina Armengol.
While in Madrid, she will also meet with a Joint Congress-Senate Committee for the European Union.
