Brnabic meets with members of Andorran parliamentary committee on foreign affairs

ANDORRA LA VELLA - Serbian Parliament Speaker Ana Brnabic, who is on an official visit to Andorra, met on Friday with members of the country's parliamentary committee on foreign affairs.

In an Instagram post, Brnabic wrote that special attention at the meeting had been devoted to EU integration and experience-sharing regarding cooperation with the EU.

"There is significant space for advancement of inter-parliamentary cooperation, in particular, through joint activities in international parliamentary organisations, including the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of La Francophonie," Brnabic posted.

"To continue strengthening cooperation and exchanging experiences, the officials agreed to intensify contacts between the two countries’ relevant parliamentary committees in the upcoming period.

It was also announced that the European Integration Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia would invite their Andorran counterparts to visit Serbia, so as to advance cooperation through direct exchange of experiences and good practices," the National Assembly of Serbia said in a statement.
