Vucic, Botsan-Kharchenko discuss Serbia-Russia cooperation, regional and global political situation

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Russian Ambassador to Belgrade Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko on Friday to discuss Serbia-Russia cooperation, especially addressing the economy as well as the current political situation in the region and the world.

"A very good meeting with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko. We discussed the cooperation between our countries, especially addressing the cooperation in the economy," Vucic posted on Instagram.

He added that, during the discussion, they had reviewed the current political situation in the region and the world.

"At the same time, we also discussed important infrastructure projects and other projects in Serbia we are working on together with the Russian Federation and companies from that country," Vucic wrote in the post.
