Dacic receives farewell visit from German ambassador

BELGRADE - Serbian Deputy PM and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic received on Monday a farewell visit from German Ambassador to Belgrade Anke Konrad.

"Dacic emphasised the commitment of the Serbian Ministry of the Interior to further develop relations with Germany in the field of combating crime, as well as in the process of European integration, which represents an important segment in the overall relations between the two countries," a government statement said.

"He particularly expressed gratitude for the constant support of the Federal Republic of Germany for many years in the form of donations, police cooperation and exchange of information, as well as the implementation of various projects, which significantly contributes to improving the capacity of the Ministry of the Interior and strengthening the security of the two countries," the statement also said.
