Vucic receives farewell visit from Austrian ambassador

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received a farewell visit from Austrian Ambassador to Belgrade Christian Ebner on Friday.

"I thanked Austrian Ambassador Christian Ebner for his personal contribution to advancement of the relations between our countries during his diplomatic term in Serbia," Vucic posted on Instagram.

He added that they had reviewed the results achieved in the past several years, in particular, the strong economic ties and the significance of Austrian investments for Serbia.

"We also discussed projects that have forged further ties between our countries in the past several years, opening up new opportunities for cooperation. I appreciate Ambassador Ebner's engagement and the open approach he has demonstrated during his tenure in Serbia, and I wished him much luck and success in his further work," Vucic wrote in the post.
