Vucic receives UFC President Dana White

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic received on Wednesday an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) delegation headed by the organisation's president, Dana White.

Vucic thanked White and the UFC for coming to Serbia and for choosing it as the venue for the UFC Fight Night event.

"We will do everything we can to host you in the best possible way," Vucic told White, who is visiting Serbia ahead of UFC Fight Night, scheduled to take place in the Belgrade Arena on August 1.

"Thank you for your kindness and your time, Mr President," White said.

Vucic said he had not known the UFC was so popular in Serbia, too, and that all tickets for the event had been sold out in just 22 minutes in spite of very high prices.
