PRISTINA - The Pristina provisional authorities have declared Telekom Srbija CEO Vladimir Lucic a persona non grata, permanently banning him from entering Kosovo-Metohija, as well as from transiting or staying in the province.
According to reports by Pristina-based media outlets, Pristina's interior ministry said that, in his statements, Lucic had expressed views "aimed at directly jeopardising the sovereignty, territorial integrity and constitutional order" of the so-called "Kosovo".
The ban comes a day after Lucic said Telekom Srbija planned to build two new facilities in the Partes municipality by the end of the year and that there were also plans to build at least six such facilities across Kosovo-Metohija.
In a reaction, Lucic told Tanjug he had still not received official information about an entry ban but that, if one was indeed in place, it was highly regrettable and that he would fight it using all legal means available.
