Starovic meets with US's Lawton in Washington

WASHINGTON - Serbian caretaker Minister of European Integration Nemanja Starovic met in Washington with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau for European and Eurasian Affairs, Daniel J Lawton.

"The discussion focused on the continuation of the Strategic Dialogue between Serbia and the United States, Serbia’s European integration path and current regional issues," a government statement said.

"The interlocutors emphasised the importance of further enhancing bilateral cooperation and continuing an open dialogue on matters of mutual interest," it said.
