Vucic: This is small victory for us, but not end of problems

BELGRADE - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said last night's meeting with Kosovo-Metohija Serb representatives in Raska had resulted in a small victory, but noted that he was aware that was not the end of problems.

In a post on his buducnostsrbijeav Instagram profile, Vucic said each day of peace and stability was an opportunity for the future.

"This is a small victory for us. I know that new problems await us but each day of peace and stability is an opportunity for the future. To me, Kosovo-Metohija is Serbia, and Kosovo-Metohija Serbs are my brothers and sisters, and I will fight and stand with them whatever happens. We must be tolerant and patient, but also determined, courageous and responsible, in order to preserve lives and the fatherland. Peace and pushing Serbia forward has always been our objective," Vucic concluded.
