Government awards Serbian citizenship to Steve Wozniak

BELGRADE - At the proposal of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, the Government of Serbia decided on Thursday to award Serbian citizenship to US tech entrepreneur and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and his wife Janet.

In a statement, the government explained that their admission to citizenship of Serbia would help promote Serbia in the area of high technology and strengthen the national interests and the reputation of Serbia as a country of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
