Dacic receives Georgian charge d'affaires

BELGRADE - Serbian First Deputy PM and FM Ivica Dacic received Georgian Charge d'Affaires Barbara Makharadze on Thursday to discuss further development of bilateral relations.

In a cordial discussion, the parties expressed readiness for further development of bilateral relations, which they said were based on traditional friendship and close religious, cultural and historical ties between the two states and peoples, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.

Dacic and Makharadze agreed there was potential for development of cooperation in many areas, in the economy in particular.
