Serbian government to set up public and cultural diplomacy office

BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted on Thursday a regulation on the establishment of an Office for Public and Cultural Diplomacy to additionally promote state interests to the local and foreign public through presenting national values and goals.

The Office will aim to contribute to better flow of information and will be performing expert tasks for government needs and taking part in organising, conducting and supporting activities with a view to presenting the Serbian culture, history, spirituality, art, language, science and sports globally, the government said in a statement.
