Saric sentenced to six years in prison

BELGRADE - The Chamber of the Special Court in Belgrade on Monday sentenced Darko Saric to six years in prison for organising a crime group whose members have committed several criminal offences.

Saric's attorney Dejan Lazarevic was sentenced to three years and six months in prison and his brother Dusko Saric received a one-year prison sentence.

Both the defence and the prosecution may appeal the first-instance ruling.
