BELGRADE - The number of births in Serbia between January and November 2022 amounted to 56,807, up by 0.3 pct from 56,648 in the same period of the previous year, according to figures released by the national statistical office.

The number of deaths in the 11-month period was 102,126, down by 17.3 pct from 123,492 in the same period of 2021.
